A relaxed transitional space, casual yet elevated for a family in West university. The redesign of the entry and main living spaces allowed for visual continuity by layering the spaces as they were each open to each other. The introduction of a custom Lambrakos Studio wall unit transforms and anchors the living as a beautiful curio which conceals the TV. As one opens and closes the doors the cabinets modulates from the functional to a seamless wall paneling when not in use. The clients were avid collectors of amethysts so the open china display showcases these pieces and creates the central anchor point for the sitting area for languorous conversation around the plush central ottoman.
